"Exceptional Tool for Workflow and Automation"
For quite a few years, we've relied on Perfect Forms for automating our workflows, and it’s become essential for our operations. The features, adaptability, and innovative tools allow us to set up form and process automation that fosters smooth teamwork across all departments, ultimately saving us a ton of time.
Their customer service and tech support are also outstanding, always ready to help on short notice and offering training whenever we need it.
Overall, our journey with Perfect Forms has been fantastic, and I’d highly suggest them to anyone looking for a solid solution.

"This product is fantastic!"
I really dig this product! Its versatility is just awesome. It reduces a ton of paperwork. The workflow this product offers helps our district operate more smoothly and effectively. The tech support team is super friendly, professional, and a breeze to collaborate with.

"Shoutout to PF"
I'm really into the automation and the way it connects to different sites. Their tech support has blown me away even more. I reckon challenges are bound to pop up, but it’s all about how a company deals with them. The problem I faced was massive and super annoying. But PerfectForms stuck with me and helped me out big time. Plus, when the whole invoice approval drama unfolded, they teamed up with me to make sure there were no hiccups in services and support. KRJ

"An Amazing Solution for Form Automation!"
This form automation tool is truly impressive! Perfect Forms brings a lot to the table. The reporting capabilities really help save time and have shown to be quite accurate. Crafting the forms is enjoyable and satisfying... I know it sounds a bit goofy. The support team is super friendly and quick to respond. Plus, those monthly check-in calls from the company are a great bonus and really useful. You’ll be pleased with Perfect Forms, no doubt about it.

"Our Experience with This Product Over 5 Years"
We've been using this product for roughly five years now. It's been a great fit for our school district setup. The online training videos are super helpful, and whenever I've needed extra assistance, the support team has been really great at fixing my errors. Creating a form and a report for it can be done in no time, often in under a day. This tool has saved us tons of hours thanks to the routing feature, and honestly, paper forms are on their way out!

"Amazing app and functionality!"
The PerfectForms platform is definitely the most user-friendly and adaptable BPM tool available right now. This app has allowed us to automate more than 25 processes and it just keeps growing. Feels like my team gets asked to automate yet another process almost daily!

I checked out a bunch of options for managing workflows, but I really didn’t want to deal with the hassle and cost of a big package. Perfectforms' On Demand turned out to be just what I needed. They handle the daily grind of hardware and software operations. We've been using Perfectforms for several years now. We kicked things off with some basic forms for time off and attendance, and then we moved on to some pretty intricate forms. Perfectforms is super user-friendly right from the start. The online training is solid, and the personal training was top-notch.

"Awesome Perfect Forms Software"
I've been using Perfect Forms in a way that's a bit different from just forms. We’ve turned it into a manufacturing tool that lets our production team log in and figure out how to complete a job from beginning to end. This software made it super simple for me to whip up work instructions with images and clear directions. Plus, it provided me with reports on the performance of each job. Customizing pages and forms was crucial for us, and being able to make it resemble our logo templates was a big deal. Overall, it's fantastic software, with a professional support team both online and in person, and the resources available are easy to navigate.

"Awesome product with room for improvement"
I checked out a bunch of different web form software before settling on Perfectforms, and honestly, your product really stands out from the rest. You've done a fantastic job with the interface, tools, and features. My company has also teamed up with you to create several intricate custom forms, and we've heard nothing but good things from everyone who's used them. The only thing I wish is that the training or help manual for making my own forms could be a bit better.

Requests that used to take ages are now getting approved and moving through the process in no time flat. Users can enter and submit requests themselves instead of relying on another staff member, which sometimes causes delays during busy periods. Plus, we really appreciate being able to design new forms or adjust existing ones ourselves, which saves us both time and cash. The customer support for this product has been top-notch. Honestly, this tool is essential for any modern business!

Our CIO put it best: "This software does the work of 15 different programs and saves us a ton of money." Perfectforms has really integrated into our operations and is widely used across our organization. They've helped us cut our processing times in half with forms, boosting our efficiency and effectiveness. The integrity of our processes has seen a nice uptick, and it really tightens things up in the business. Compliance has gotten better, and so has our overall productivity. If we had the chance, we’d definitely buy this software again.

"Awesome Tool with Fantastic Support"
PerfectForms makes it super simple to whip up online forms for nearly any purpose. Our school district can handle basic surveys through our website's content management system, but when it comes to more complex tasks, we always turn to PerfectForms. We can design forms that include multistep workflows, document uploads, and a whole bunch of other features! PerfectForms is incredibly adaptable. Plus, their support team has been a pleasure to deal with. If we ever hit a snag, they respond quickly with a fix.
